I'm Rhi, the passionate baker behind this home-based business in St Kilda, Melbourne. Baking has always been a love of mine and from the age of  14, I began my craft. Inspired by my Nunna Carmena, I was lucky enough to inherit her skills and passion for creating edible works of art.

At The Mess, we specialise in all things coeliac/gluten-free. As a fellow coeliac, I noticed the need for delicious gluten-free cakes, so I set out to fill that gap. We take pride in offering a diverse range of exquisite cakes, each meticulously handcrafted to perfection. Whether it's a special occasion or simply a sweet indulgence, our creations promise to delight and enchant with every bite.
