I’m a cake artist and former event manager based in Melbourne.
I started The Mess because I was tired of gluten-free cakes being treated like an afterthought.
I wanted to create something different: design-led, celebration-focused cakes that are fully inclusive without compromising on style or flavour.
Every cake is created by me, from first sketch to final detail.
